What you can expect from athlete and sports coaching with me

Our work together begins with you and your sport: where you are now, what’s working, and what’s getting in the way. We’ll analyse your current situation, draw on your strengths, and supercharge your belief in your ability to be at your very best. From there, we’ll build strategies for consistent performance, confidence under pressure, and preparation for whatever comes next - competition, transition, or life beyond sport.

Sport has always been a defining part of my life - from personal performance on the pitch, to understanding everything which fuels it. I earned a First-Class Degree in Sports and Exercise Science and a Master’s in Sport Culture with Distinction, specialising in sports psychology and athlete development. My passion fuelled me into managing major projects in sport, pioneering programmes for young athletes, and teaching internationally before moving into professional coaching and training for world-leading organisations.

Now, as an ICF-accredited coach and holder of the Level 3 Certificate in Athlete Personal Development and Lifestyle, I work with athletes across all levels - from Premier League footballers to first-time competitors, helping them unlock peak performance, manage transitions, and thrive both within and beyond their sport.
