This is a space to explore your experiences with honesty and self-compassion. Together, we’ll look at what’s happening right now, identify your strengths and challenges, and develop personalised strategies that work for your brain. The goal isn’t just to cope, but to help you thrive with greater confidence, focus, and fulfilment in both your personal and professional life.

What you can expect from ADHD coaching with me

Our work begins with understanding you: how ADHD shows up in your life, what’s working, and what’s getting in the way. From there, we’ll uncover your strengths, shift limiting beliefs, and create practical, sustainable strategies for real-world challenges such as focus, organisation, time, and motivation. You’ll leave each session with clarity, direction, and confidence in your ability to take the next step forward.

I come from a neurodivergent family myself - I’m dyslexic and currently awaiting an ADHD assessment. I know what it feels like to be misunderstood or written off. My own journey has taught me both the frustration and the incredible creativity, energy, and intuition that come with an ADHD brain.

Today, I coach ADHD clients across all sectors and backgrounds - from NHS doctors, entrepreneurs, creatives, and corporate leaders. My approach is practical, compassionate, and strengths-focused: helping you work with your brain, not against it, and build the confidence and systems to thrive on your own terms.
